Upgrading Amilo v2035

Postby vidakk » Tue Apr 24, 2007 12:22 am

Hi,

I would like to upgrade my Amilo pro v2035.
Currently I have Celeron M 1.6GHz and 512 MB of RAM.

I want to know what would be reccomendend CPU for upgrade (some Pentium M? And which?).

Second question is - how much RAM does this model support? If I recall correctly, chipset supports 4GB, right?

Cheers!

why would you want to upgrage CPU and RAM ??? I have the same model and I hate the day i've decided to buy it .... dont invest too much on that piece of crap.

But anyways, i have upgraded to 2GB of ram, which are the maximum.
The exact model i am using is 2 Simms of Kingston model number KVR667D2S5/1G and it works fine. i think it sais somewhere inside that the top limit is 2 GB and honestly, i think ive put too much inside.

BTW: found them on Ebay for the cool price of €100 for both ...

cheers to you too.

Well, me to, from time to time.
But it served me well for over a year now, taking all kinds of abuse...
