Battery S/N

Hello!

I own an Amilo M1437G. I would like to ask you how I could find the serial number of the original battery, the one that came with the laptop when I bought it. I have reasons to belive my battery has been swapped at a service where the laptop was taken for a HDD-related problem, in warranty.

I noticed the battery has 2 stickers with numbers and bar codes on it, and also, on the laptop`s case, when you remove the battery, there`s another stiker with a serial number and bar code (aprox 4cm long and 1 cm tall). Another of these stickers can also be found next to the sticker with the laptop`s serial number, on the bottom of the laptop, and is visible even with the battery installed.

My question is : the 2 stickers that are attached to the laptop are identical, same serial numbr ... should the sticker on the original battery be identical to the other 2, then?

Thanks for your help! Looking forward to your answer.

Paul Harfas.

As far as I know, the battery number is not connected to the notebook. I could be wrong, but however, you should ask FSC to find out since we can't. The number in general is not identical with the normal serial number.
