Need Help replacing a Keyboard for L7320GW

Can Some one please show me how to remove the the keyboard from a
L7320GW laptop.

Is it just a case of removing the black strip covering the speaker and power button. ive tried that method but it seems to be only lifting at the top

Please HELP!
