the laptop is working good but the sceen appears in blue ..andbody did face this case?

Sorry, but it is very hard to understand your problem.
What I understood from this and your other thread (why two? :? ) is that after some minutes the display switches off and you sometimes get a blue screen.

If this is right, please post your windows version and the output of the bluescreen.
Since these are typical symptoms of overheating please post your system temperatures (CPU, HDD) too.
Another reason could be a defective RAM. Please run memtest86+

This is a screenshot? Then it's a software problem - are there any color profiles active?

The pure RGB-colors seem to be present and clear (Firefox- and Recycle-icon). Most mixed colors look fine too (archive-icons).
The blue color of your wallpaper clearly is due to atmospheric effects.
The tone of the task bar seems to be caused by some design theme.

So I agree with aspettl. You should check your themes and the settings of your graphics card. It looks like your blue-yellow-balance doesn't fit.
