I installed an WD1200BEVT HDD on my Amilo Pro V2030 and I can't see it on BIOS. What can I do?

You could try a BIOS and hardware reset:
Turn off the laptop, remove main battery and power pack and hold the power button for approximately 30 seconds. Then try to boot again and see if the HDD is detected.
If it still doesn't work, it might just be an unlucky combination. Some Amilos are quite choosy when it comes to HDDs. I'm not sure if the v2030 is one of them. In general Samsung HDDs have proven to be the most compatible ones. So changing the HDD might help.
